PTO Meeting Minutes 3/13/2012

1.        Call to Order:  6:44

2.        Current Issues

a.        Hunt Memorial Tree (Talia):  Picked up tree, papers, gravel.  Tree will be planted next Tuesday.  Dedication to follow later (TBA)

b.        Work Days: March 14^th  - Counting labels for Education

28^{th –}  Counting Read-A-Thon money

                  c.  Officers for next year needed: Recruiting at

                      Kinder Round Up

3.  Upcoming Events

a.        Carnival Update (Lindsay):  Sign up for run!  Things are coming together.  Need

Central location/volunteer table/lost and found.

Need help the Friday before and the morning of.

                  b.  Read-A-Thon:  Started today.  Runs through

                      spring break.  Read!

c.        PTO Elections:  Next meeting

d.       Kinder Round Up:  4/10 and 4/12

3.        Volunteers Needed:

b.       Carnival (Lindsay)

4.        Treasurer's Report/Budget: We are ahead on everything!
